**List all stores**

Returns a list of all stores associated with your Blockonomics account.

Authentication: Bearer token required (Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY)

## Query Parameters
- `wallets` — boolean, default: false (optional): Whether to include details of attached wallets

## Responses
- 200: List of stores
